This interactive experience begins with our Encounter Tour led by our experienced and knowledgeable staff.

Your tour begins with the opportunity to get up close and personal with our kangaroos, small reptiles & mammals, an aardvark, and even a sloth!

The final portion of the experience is a one-of-a-kind chance to swim alongside Asian small-clawed otters in our climate-controlled chlorine-free pool!

Hear From Satisfied Guests

This was a great place to visit. My party of 5 did two otter swims, five encounter tours, and five sipping with sloths. My little sister is in a motorized wheel chair she was able to get around. We had to use our portable ramp a couple of times but she had a blast. We all enjoyed our time. The prices are definitely worth it. I would recommend that anyone check out this place for a great family or group event. The otter swim is an amazing event. They definitely want to see you up close and personal. Loved our visit, and thanks to the staff. Of course a big thanks to all the animals.

Need to Know Info.

Tickets are non-refundable.
Swims will still happen in cases of rain. The pool is evacuated in event of lighting. In cases of inclement weather, tickets may be rescheduled.

We do not have an observation deck for bystanders to view otter swims, those wanting to participate must purchase a ticket to access the pool. You will not be able to watch others swim.

While in the pool, you are an observer. We do not allow the otters to be restrained, both for the safety of you and our otters.

We recommend removing any loose jewelry, strings, ties, etc. and recommend not wearing any clothing/bathing suits with strings or ties. The otters will pull on/untie these items and we are not responsible for any damage.

Personal cameras/phones are allowed for photos in the pool at your own risk. The otters are often distracted by new things and we are not responsible for any damages. Your guide will also be able to take a few photos of your experience at no additional charge.

Children must have an adult in the pool with them (ticket required).
Kids tours will be held Monday - Friday at noon
